Welcome to Blooming Cactus

Our Story

Since opening in 2010, Blooming Cactus has been a pioneer in Lanzarote's dining scene. Founded by Tracey Thanopolous, a highly experienced vegetarian and vegan chef. With Greek heritage and roots in Glasgow, Scotland, our restaurant reflects her dedication to crafting delicious dishes from around the world.


Our menu celebrates diverse culinary traditions and showcases the best of vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
